You must complete both authentication steps in sequence. Microsoft Entra ID verification is required before proceeding to SwitchEDU ID verification.
How it works
Follow these steps to reset your MFA securely
Microsoft Entra ID Login
Sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID account. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Microsoft password reset link.
SwitchEDU ID Verification
Authenticate using your SwitchEDU ID to verify your identity. This second verification ensures the security of your account.
Reset Process
Once both identities are verified, confirm the MFA reset. Your current MFA methods will be removed via Microsoft Graph.
New MFA Setup
On your next sign-in, you will be prompted to register new MFA methods before accessing your account.
